Swami Asokananda is a senior disciple of Sri Swami Satchidananda and resides at Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville, located in Buckingham, Virginia. He is an accomplished Hatha Yogi and Yoga instructor and one of the main trainers of Integral Yoga® teachers. He has been teaching Yoga since 1972.
