In this satsang, Sri Gurudev recommends several essential sutras - including the four locks and keys—and guides students in how to find one’s own key sutra. He answers questions about fundamental concepts in the Yoga Sutras such as dukha (suffering), asana and viveka (discrimination) and brahmacharya. He gives extended teachings on the nature of impermanence and the real meaning behind brahmacharya (embracing the Brahma).
