When will my order arrive?
In-stock items usually ship within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of order. Your order will be shipped according to the type of shipping you choose when placing the order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the items you ordered and the total amount charged to your credit card. You will also receive an nivoice from PayPal which is our payment processor. A separate email notification will be sent when your items have shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and ensure that the Shakticom.org domain is white listed or identified as "not spam" in your email client. Should you still not have a confirmation, please let us know - call (800) 476-1347 or use the email form on our Contact page.
How much is shipping?
Your shipping fee is based on your individual order, your location, and how fast you want to receive it. Actual shipping fees can be shown in your cart by providing your country, state and zip code. You will then be able to see the cost for the shipping options available.
How are orders shipped?
Packages are shipped using UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. All packages shipped via UPS ground please allows 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
Orders to addresses outside the continental U.S. are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and may require longer shipping times.
I don't live in the United States or Canada. Can I order from Shakticom?
We welcome international orders. During your shopping experience you will be given different delivery options and pricing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Shakiticom will accept returns that are pre-approved by us within 14 days of purchase, for an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us via email or by phone. The item returned must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging.
